STREET STYLIN'

Friends of ours from Nozel Photography asked us to help them with their photography work, trying to compile a portfolio or something of that sort. So here we are again street styling, laming around, boring a few  cats 'cause well the style speaks for itself, wack right?. Anyway shout out  to Nozel for the great photography as it helped push us a little as well.

THE GQ LOOK

So my friends, Kabelo, Thami and Shane are out dressing in all types of suits exploring all different ways of wearing this Sartorial wear. All I'm saying is GQ better keep an eye on us nahmean?lol

Our small shout out to one of our favourite South African brand at the moment TWO BOP. We just messing around with style trying to add and subtract a few things and cook up something new lol. South African Street Style can it get any better? damn right it can, just watch!!

STYLING

We've been robbing banks, playing gangsters, replaying movie scenes to find who we are what to we represent, showing what we believe in through clothes."Practice safe design use a concept" right? Our influences vary from Italian/Sicily culture to Tupac Shakur doo-rags, to your English Cut trench coat and American wall street  lawyer look and this is who and what we are.

THE BANK JOB

The Bank owed some money, so we took it!! lol Well there we are again robbing banks (not really) but I wish we did we were dressed for the part, looking like a scene from Takers.

STYLE MECHANICS

Some time ago I read a quote that said " Practice Safe Design and Use A Concept", this quote possibly changed the way I think about art, artists and everything around me. So way before the folks and I wanted to document our style on a platform like blogs that people could see, I always kept this quote for when I would start working or doing something I love.

We played mechanics the other day but we had to keep the style going, our style is very unique we think. It has always been said that 'fashion puts us together but style sets us apart' or something like that and that is what exactly what happened here our style set us apart portraying different characters of each one of us. The little details of each one of us shows how different people's thinking is.

So yeah I'm guessing if we were to become Mechanics this is what we would dress up like, interesting :). 

WE'RE ABOUT THAT STYLING LIFE

I was invited to a ClassOverSwagg shoot some time ago and I decided well if I'm going to do it I might as well try something different. I was thinking along the lines of colour blocking, so yeah I did it, blocked all the black colour with Orange pants, that is colour blocking as well right? Anyway I was glad to have helped where I could and it was fun, thank you to the homeys for the invite too. And oh this was more of a class and swagg shoot but hey, who really cares about the technicalities?
